Why UK
The UK has been one of the top two primary destinations for Indian students for the last 100 years.
Various other destinations come up and go down but UK has always stood high and is the second biggest overseas destination in the past century after US. The quality of Universities, their high ranks, strong welfare of students and proximity to home makes it an evergreen top choice.
The Indian education system has semblance with the UK system.
The UK has some of the highest ranked institutions in the world like Oxbridge, University of London (LSE, KCL, Queen Mary, SOAS), Edinburgh, Manchester, Bristol, Sheffield, Glasgow, Southampton, Nottingham, Warwick and others which rank amongst the top 100 in the world.
50% of UK Universities rank within the Top 500 in the world which is higher than all countries globally.
A PG degree can be undertaken in one year which saves adequate time and money. A Bachelor’s degree and a PhD takes three years.
Students come to Universities in the UK from more than 130 countries thereby adding a very strong international atmosphere. Students are allowed to work 20 hours per week during their academic tenure.
UK accepts students from Engineering, Architecture, Law, Life Sciences, Medicine and the whole gamut of 3 year degrees like BSc, BCom, BA, BBA, BCA etc. Many countries including USA does not accept students from Indian 3 year degrees.
For Bachelor’s degrees most UK Universities accept students from CBSE, ISC and all other state boards. International qualifications like A Levels and IB are highly accepted.
All UK Universities are accepted globally and students can avail education loans for higher studies in the UK from all banks (public / private) in India.
UK is again strongly opening up for overseas students with a Post Study Work period of an extra 6 months after the course is over. This is to be further extended to about 2 years thus enabling students to stay on and get work experience in the UK.

How we will keep in touch
These days everything with respect to overseas applications is done over emails, telephonic calls, Skype calls with students and parents as well as some counselling sessions and question answer sessions. We shall be in touch round the clock with the students / parents over telephone, emails and personal meetings to complete the process. We pay personal attention to the students needs for admission and accommodation as is evident from the strong testimonials we have achieved over the years.
Most of our senior staff have been trained in the UK and therefore will be able to give you first hand information about higher studies in the UK.
We have offices in certain cities and for other cities our counsellors / coordinators travel regularly and meet students and parents in board rooms of Oberoi / Taj which are convenient and located in the centre of the cities. Generally four to five meetings are required in person during the process of admission and the rest is done over emails, calls and Skype. The meeting sessions are one on one.
Necessary guidance for Post Study Work and Working in the UK & HR tie-ups
This is a special initiative from Education Pathways and we will be in a position to guide students to a great extent in terms of how to go about seeking employment in the UK, who are their potential employers and what exactly one should do under this competitive environment to proceed from a student visa to a work permit after completion of studies. This is normally taken up by Directorial level personnel of our organization.
Education Pathways has HR tie-ups with a few top notch UK based organizations and all students will get a look up by these organisations when they travel to study in the UK / Ireland.
Fees charged to students
Education Pathways mostly work directly with the UK / Ireland Universities and hence does not charge any fees from students / parents. They are under retainership with several Universities or are official representatives. The services are offered free of cost and the students need to be serious about it for us to go ahead with the applications.

Director’s Profile
An alumnus of Delhi Public School, Mathura Road, New Delhi, Kausik did his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Sussex University and PG Diploma in Leadership and Management from UCL, University of London.
23 years of senior management experience in student recruitment and partnerships. Education Advisor for Sussex University since 1996. Sole propreitor of brand ‘Sussex India’ and have been able to establish Sussex University as one of the successful University brands in India. Have taken part in several policy making projects for the Higher Education sector in the UK and have been one of the first people in India to establish an Indian Office of a UK University. A first mover in exchange and collaborations (the future of international education) and the only representative in India to have been honoured with a special contract for setting up of collaboratory activities between India and the UK. He is cited quite regularly in articles on UK education and has worked closely with British Council over the years.
